Jackie, the associate who helped us was great! She greeted us when we came in and offered help if we needed it. When I asked about additional sizes, she was great about checking in the back. At checkout, she made sure to offer my available rewards. In a time when customer service is not so prevalent, I sincerely appreciated her exceptional customer service.

Great service. After learning a little more on their rewards program I surprised myself by gaining a free pair of socks using the points I earned in the past and today. It’s truly them giving back to the people who are loyal to them by purchasing their shoes. I got to experience it myself when the woman helped me find a smokin deal on dress shoes. They were on sale and only two left in stock. I got them before anyone else did! She taught me a lot about the family who owns the place and how impressive it actually is! I never even knew we had a shoe depo here in Kalispell, let alone in 47 states!!! Good vibes. Great buy. I’ll be back. Thx This post was delayed due to internet issues with my phone. We came in this evening searching for size 15 shoes for our teenager. I knew it would be nearly impossible. Jade was working and she found us 4 pairs that could work for him. She was so sweet and had impeccable customer service skills. We will definitely be customers for life. Thank you Jade! Keep up he great work.

I am more then impressed with the customer service at this store! I showed up an hour early, not knowing when the store opened, and was still met at the door with a smile! They knew exactly where the slippers were I was looking for just by my crummy description lol. I was in and out no problems. You dont get service like that any more these days. Ron made my day... I'd give him a 10 if I could!
